ACCREDITATION CENTER
In the Accreditation Center, all participants of the Rally take over their accreditation. It is necessary to move to the official facilities of the Meeting.
Accreditation volunteers are credited with preparing accreditations and handing them over.
WELCOME DESK AIRPORT
Official drivers take volunteers to the airport where competitors are welcomed.
It is necessary to know the athletes in order to quickly identify them at the pick-up point.
RESULTS
In this position, volunteers are intermediaries between judges and data processing. After processing, the official results are brought to the speaker (s) and journalists at the Press Center.
PROTOCOL
Volunteers are in charge of handing out bouquets of flowers to the winners in each discipline.
BASKET HOLDERS
Basket managers supervise the work of the basket holders and guide them to the starting positions and then to the finish line.
Experience of knowledge of movement around the stadium and athletic disciplines, position of disciplines in the stadium, monitoring the schedule and working with children is mandatory.
WARM-UP
Volunteers are available in the warm-up area for competitors for all inquiries.
Knowledge of English and knowledge of the stadium and schedule are required.
STADIUM ENTRANCE
Accreditation control at the VIP entrance, the entrance for athletes and the entrance for other officials.
TICKET DISTRIBUTION
Distribution of tickets to spectators a few days before the Meeting.
